Des livres qui inculquent les préceptes. Des corps sans âme nous fournissent, par leurs sentences, les préceptes qui nous aideront à bien mourir. - Léonard de Vinci. Diptère est constitué d'un ensemble de 13 encres sur papier ciré, chacune étant collée sur un sachet en papier blanc de format 11,5 x 15 cm, perforé en haut au centre afin d'être fixé au mur avec un clou. Les textes qui accompagnent ces encres sont tirés des Prophéties de Léonard de Vinci .
